johndoeOn March 18, 2014, agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations announced the results of one of the largest online child exploitation investigations in history. Dubbed “Operation Round Table”, the investigation resulted in the arrest of 14 suspected producers and distributors of child pornography. There were over 250 victims in 37 states and five foreign countries.

Five of those victims were from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with one case in that area particularly disturbing. Federal agents are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect shown in this photo who is being called “John Doe.” The suspect is believed to be between 18-20 years of age and posted photos of himself online sexually abusing a child believed to between 12-18 months old.

In some of the photographs, the suspect is wearing a ball cap with “Shut Up N Play” printed on it. In April 2013, when it is believed that the photo was taken, that particular cap was not yet available for sale with the exception of a very limited distribution in North Texas.
